Before merging global brand languages in 2011, Hotels.com operated with unique design patterns for their non-U.S. sites. The evaluations and high-fidelity wires below were produced for the UK team with the goal of researching and strategizing user experiences to help Hotels stay competitive against aggressive competitors such as Kayak.com, Bookings.com and others in the OTA space.​​​​​​​
