Prior to launching its native app, Expedia, in a bid to keep users engaged post-booking, wanted to explore a web-based concept for a contextual itinerary-based "smart" notification scheduling and sharing service that made real-time adjustments for time-based events such as flight status, airport security wait and traffic. The following wires were part of an interactive prototype produced as a proof-of-concept presented to the executive product team.
